Rami Nimeh
Senior Project Manager / Owner Representative
Prior to joining Ty. Jo. Group, LLC, Rami Nimeh spent 18 years in the Architecture and Construction industries. Mr. Nimeh has a combination of design and construction experience, creating a valuable perspective on the design / construction paradigm.
Mr. Nimeh has received an AAS in Architectural Technology from Lehigh Career and Technical Institute (LCTT) in Pennsylvania. He has continued his formal education in the architectural program at Drexel University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
Early in his career Mr. Nimeh worked as a project architect and project manager on various projects, including commercial and office spaces, shopping centers, K-12 education renovations, assisted-living and active-adult communities.
In 2000 Mr. Nimeh founded a construction company focusing on high end residential as well as commercial subcontracting. Mr. Nimeh operated as a licensed General Contractor in the states of Pennsylvania and New Jersey until 2007. His company focused on constructing single family homes, multi-family structures, and comercial spaces.
From 2007 to 2009 Mr. Nimeh served as a Construction Administrator for a multi-disciplined architecture/interiors/landscape architecture firm of seventy-five employees in Raleigh, NC, completing projects including of apartment, condominium, and commercial type.
Gilbert Perea
Senior Project Manager Electrical & Low Voltage
Gilbert brings over 27 years of electrical & low voltage construction experience. He worked his way up thru the ranks to an electrical superintendent to project management and then to a Sr. project manager's position. This path has given him a broad understanding on electric contracting and the challenges associated with contracts, scope review, planning and coordination a projects. His experience has developed thru construction of hi-rise office and hospitality, intuitional, military, hospital, public transportation, educational and multi-family projects. Over the years he has refined processes to work from scope inception to developing best methods of planning, coordination, and constructability.
His experience coupled with project management programs from Clemson University and working with autocad and BIM programs provides a unique understanding of coordination and constructability of projects.
Gilbert has the exceptional ability to communicate with Developers, Architects, Engineers, and Contractors in all electrical aspects of design and construction. His experience in the electrical construction fields helps him identify and coordinate costly errors, minimize risk, and schedule delays.
Donald Eller
Electrical Advisor - Construction Manager
With 45+ years of electrical contracting experience Donald offers his experience and knowledge as an electrical advisor. His career started with the LU Apprenticeship program and continued to an electrical contractor in 1978. He has worked in almost every facet of the electrical contracting arena. With his intense experience he offers is very valuable.
Donald carried master licenses in 7 states for a long time. He has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Computer Information systems from Piedmont College. Where he was on the honor roll with a 3.6 GPA and a Certificate of Honor from the PHI SIGMA PI Fraternity.
Donald's experience includes Healthcare, Aviation, Marinas, Hi-rise's, Educational, Data Centers and Multifamily projects. His ability to communicate with Owner's, Design Teams and Contractor's is respected by all. His knowledge and experience provides him the ability to take the path that minimizes costs and drives profits up.
M. Wayne Davis
COO & Business Development
Prior to joining TYJO Wayne has over 20 years of executive business management. He has founded and built several businesses that leveraged technology to deliver products, services and most importantly value to clients and customers. Wayne has also managed large projects and teams. He has employed 100’s of employees and has extensive management experience. His background in Sales, Marketing and Business Development is also extensive. He has overseen and been directly involved in sales in mostly B2B areas and can easily adapt to communicate effectively with large corporations as well as small, privately held companies.
